In the conscious work with Your unconscious and Your resources we follow the track of Your self-empowerment, so that You reach the evolution that makes You.

  • Coaching „on an equal footing“…: You keep the responsibility as an expert for the content. We design the process together, here I support You in a transparent way as an expert for the process.

  • … in a stimulating ambience for you …: On request in nature, outdoors, at home or in one of my seminar rooms in and around Dresden.

  • … with a holistic view: With different methods (of language, spirituality and bodywork) for the manifold areas of life.

The principles shape the joint work in every contact. That is, in the appreciation of Your person and situation, we design an intensive process that is individually tailored to Your requirements. This includes:

  • Systemic solution-oriented counseling (focus on the solution instead of the problem with a holistic view of You and Your environment as a system of interdependent elements, processes and dynamics)

  • Body work (stimulation of the body’s own energy to activate its own healing powers)

  • Neurolinguistic Programming (conscious access to unconscious processes and their change with the help of language)

If I can be of help to You and if my methods fit to You we can clarify very gladly in a free and noncommittal first meeting.

The principle is as follows: As little as possible, as much as necessary. We take the time You need. Through professional and short-term oriented, i.e. limited to a maximum of 5-9 sessions, individual or couple coaching, the desired changes in the respective areas of life will be experienced quickly. After the end of the coaching we can continue to pursue and stabilize these together.

Pay what you want. (initially limited to December 31, 2022) No joke! Contrary to the usual procedure and cost rate of about 120€/h you can decide until a week after our appointment, what it was worth to you and (hopefully) still is. I will then invoice you for the agreed amount. Please note: If a meeting room  becomes necessary

for the consultation, this rate will be charged to you in any case (this will of course be agreed with you before the appointment).

If the movement, the open space of nature or the fresh air helps you in the process. Advisable especially in the initial contact and for creative solutions.

The classic setting in a rented seminar room for undisturbed work. Ideal for efficiency and straightforward work.

… at home

A consultation at Your home. Recommended for frequently occurring problems embedded in everyday life

… virtual

The easy set up, appropriate equipment provided. Suitable for sessions up to one hour, short impulses and simpler problems.
